Coaches

Oscar Torres

Oscar is a dedicated footballer having played at the highest state level from an early age. He started at Kahibah FC in newcastle before being scouted to junior representative football for Newcastle-Port Stevens. Following this he was brought into the Emerging Athletes program and later played for Northern NSW Institute of Sport (now Newcastle Jets Youth). Whilst playing he then went on international tours playing against some of China's best. He left NSWIS to play NPL1 for Hamilton Olympic until he relocated to the Central Coast where he has represented Gosford in 1st division and recently has been playing an important part for Central Coast United. 

Oscar has a great passion for football and has exhibited this in his footballing career and through coaching multiple youth teams, obtaining great results on the pitch and in player growth.

Oscar is a qualified community level coach with grassroots, skill acquisition, game training and goalkeeping courses completed and he will be working towards becoming a FFA accredited coach in the future to further develop his talents.

Jacob Jones

Jacob is a passionate footballer who loves to be involved in anything football related. Jacob has played at state league level in both Newcastle and Sydney and at the highest grade in the Wide Bay area (QLD).

Jacob especially loves playing in small sided competitions such as futsal and has successfully captained teams to success in both these competitions and in traditional 11 a side matches.

From a coaching perspective Jacob first entered coaching after suffering a major injury, working with both junior and senior premier league players and has since had a desire to be more involved in youth player development. Jacob is a qualified community level coach with grassroots, game training and goalkeeping courses completed and he will be working towards obtaining FFA coaching accreditation to further his coaching career.

Jacob is also a registered paramedic, previously working in the state emergency service and currently studies physiotherapy.
